Priced by company, never by head count.

A per-learner price punishes the customer who succeeds at the thing you sold them. So the unit is a company, the band is set by how many people actually opened a lesson, and every feature is in every band.

The bands

The embed SDK, the authors’ area, the operator, insights and the service’s own front end are in all of them. Nothing is held back by price.

What each band covers, and what sets it.
What you are paying forPriceWhat decides it
One company, to 250 active learners a month$97 a monthActive means opened a lesson that month. Nothing counts seats.
One company, to 2,500 active learners a month$297 a monthThe same count, from the same rows.
One company, above 2,500$997 a monthThe same count again. No enterprise call and no quote.
An Archetric business, as an add-on$47 a monthPer business, with the limits below. Any training, for the whole company.
Your own domain$997 onceThe certificate and the setup, not a recurring fee.

What the $47 Archetric add-on includes

The price stays at $47 and the product is the whole service, so the thing that is bounded is consumption. These are the limits, published rather than discovered on a bill, and every overage ends in a seven like everything else here.

Included every month, and what an extra costs.
IncludedAmountOver the limit
Video stored100 GB$7 per extra 100 GB
Video delivered300 GB a month$7 per extra 100 GB
AI actions: quiz generation and operator instructions300 a month$7 per extra 50 actions
Course drafts10 a month, each capped at 75,000 input tokens$17 per extra draft
Email3,000 messages a month$7 per extra 1,000 messages

The draft limit is the one the service counts on the screen while you use it: the panel says how many of the month’s ten you have spent before you press Generate.

The service never handles money

You sell your own courses through your own checkout, in your own country, and tell the service what was bought over one signed call. Nothing here has to reason about tax, refunds or a chargeback on the other side of the world, which is what keeps this a software price rather than a payments business.

There is no sales conversation to book. The bands are published because there is nothing to negotiate: no quote, no seat count and no enterprise call. Make an account and read the whole thing.
